Some people are
blessed in many ways,
And they pass that blessing around,
To help spread the love of Jesus,
And claim the souls that will be found.
Eddie you are that special blessing,
And I thank God you came my way,
To share with me my heartaches,
That just won’t go away.
You are a very precious person, Eddie
And God wanted you to know,
Just how many seeds you are planting,
To reap the lost on earth below.
I pray the Lord will guide your life,
And all the things you do.
And I know your love for Jesus,
Shines so brightly in you.
There are things in life that plaque us,
And sometimes we question why,
But the answer will be waiting friend,
In our Heavenly home on high.
But just remember while we are waiting,
This world needs a friend like you,
And I am so glad I have found that friend,
God bless you my dear Eddie,
In everything you do.
