Daddy and Mommy, I am so
sorry
To see your eyes so filled with tears
I know you had warned me
But little boys have no great fears
Mommy, you know how much I love trains
They have always fascinated me
I love to wave at the people from them
It makes me feel so full of glee
I tried to hop on and take a ride
But I slipped and fell under the wheels
I didn't feel a thing at all
An angel was right on my heels
The angel took me straight to heaven
And I got to sit on God's lap
He held me close and whispered, "I love you"
He even tried on my baseball cap
God is a real loving and happy Person
And He has a great sense of humor
He smiles and laughs a whole lot
And He isn't one to listen to rumor
Daddy and Mama, I want you to know
That I really like it here
We are all taken really good care of
And Jesus is always really near
So dry your tears and say some prayers
Thank Jesus for His good care of me
God needs to hear from all of you
Up in Heaven, we're one big happy family
