I go happily along, Click! Click! Click!
Searching hurries on: Quick! Quick! Quick!
Then it comes to a screeching STOP!
When the up-date shield comes up with a POP!

The computer is now an enemy,
Definitely not a friend to me
As I watch numbers stick on zero percent.
Suddenly all my anger and frustrations I vent

To computer, to friends, to complete strangers!
My blood pressure mounts, I'm in terrible danger!
All because of a yellow up-date shield
I want to kick this computer out into the field!

Is it any fun to me now? No siree!
I fuss and fume in full fury!
Oh, look, by golly, it's up to FIVE!
My nerves are shot, I break out in HIVES!

The computer runs all night long.
The up-date is finished, I burst into SONG!
Once again I happily Click! Click! Click!
And I'll have great fun going Quick! Quick! Quick!
