Precious Jesus I want to be,
A servant beneath Your Sword,
I want to live my life according,
To the guidance of Your Word.

Open my eyes that I might see,
Fill my heart with compassion,
Help me be a light O Lord,
To lead others to Your Salvation.

Give me strength to follow,
Your footsteps sweet Saviour,
Wisdom to know other's needs and,
My actions be of Godly flavour.

Move me Lord in the direction,
You wish me to proceed,
Help me along the way I pray,
To plant goodness through my deeds.

Forgive me for any sins,
I may have committed today,
Wash my heart again Lord,
Keep me in Your Grace I pray.

Use me to the best of my abilities,
You know where I can best serve,
Show me Father and I shall go,
Be attentive and Your Will observe.

Thank You Jesus for loving me,
A sinner forgiven by Divine Love,
I strive each day to obey Your Word,
Working toward my Eternal Home above.

Mold me Lord to become,
What You want me to be,
You knew me before I was born,
To my future You hold the Key.
