Soon and very soon
We are going to see the King.
We will sit down at His table 
And hear the angels sing.

There will be no more fear of sickness
Or no more tears to fill the eyes, 
There will never again be cloudy days
Nothing but all blue skies.

Oh, what a day of reunion 
With loved ones gone on before,
To live with Jesus forever 
On that bright eternal shore. 

We won't have a memory of sickness 
In this world down here below, 
For all the heartaches will vanish 
We will never again grow old. 

We will dance all over Heaven 
As we together join hand in hand, 
To begin our heavenly journey 
In a far and better land.
