Hey my busy sweet li'l fellow,
Where in the world are ya going,
Camouflage overalls and hat,
Your adventurous spirit's
showing.
All across the briny deep,
Your mind travels fast,
Lighthouse upon a hill,
Looming as you past.
Precious unaware darling,
Wandering the world 'round,
Going here and going there,
Your highway just bare ground.
Butterflies flutter as you go,
Softly brush your chubby cheek,
Bringing laughter to the air,
In a loving sound unique.
Clouds arise on the horizon,
White and puffy balls,
Wandering on little boy,
Hears not his Mother's calls.
Dream on my precious one,
In peace you quietly sigh,
Travels tire you in your sleep
as,
You bid the Sandman bye-bye.
Eyes drowsily open,
A smile so broad greets,
Awakening little angel,
You are Oh, so sweet.
Thank You Lord for this baby,
The perfect joy he brings to me,
Daily I count my blessings,
For a life of immeasurable glee.
