No matter where we roam
Whether it be near or far
We take a little of home...
Prayer from those we love
As our guiding star.

We take from what we see,
A glimpse of beauty
To brighten our day
Along the way.

We may travel to a distant place
But will always hold in our heart
The precious image of our loved ones face
And from them never depart.

As we travel to a distant land
We know loved ones will understand
And prayer will wing its way
Uplifting us every day.

Traveling to another time and place
Where once we were young and carefree
Friendship we thought never to displace
And carry precious love between you and me.

New adventures lure us to what lies ahead
For prayer paves the way
And softens the bumps that delay
Progress where ever we tread.

This one thing I know
Success will be ours for sure
If the Lord's leadership we seek
Where ever we go.
