Ever so lovely The Easter Lily,
Rises to new life every Spring,
Opening her purest white bloom in sweet,
Recognition of Christ The King.

This White Trumpet Easter Lily's arrayed,
So Beautifully to be shown,
Graced as Purity and Holiness so,
All see that Christ's Risen He's Known.

Lovely to behold for God's Glory The,
Lily's pure white blossoms remind,
Christians Everlasting Life comes through,
Jesus' Resurrection in kind.

Yes she's a White Robed Apostle of Hope,
White Easter Lilies were found grown,
In The Garden of Gethsemane where,
Christ's sweat dropped in tears all His Own.

It was Jesus' final hours of sorrow,
Such great distress occurred praying,
Weeping in silence before that shameful,
Night came with Judas betraying.

The Easter Lily tells this sweet story,
Why she hangs her head embarrassed,
Because when Jesus walked through all other,
Flowers bowed their heads in respect.

Yet, she being filled with pride over her,
Loveliness, with her head held high,
She looked Jesus in the Face thinking her,
Beauty would comfort, not defy.

When Jesus' Eyes fell on the sweet Lily,
She felt such shame dishonoring,
True beauty lies in humility and,
She hangs her bloom down, honoring.

Now she's the image of Majesty and,
Beauty mentioned in The Bible,
An unequalled Elegant White Lily,
Loveliness incomparable.

And many Churches adorn their Altars,
In masses The Easter Lily,
To commemorate the Resurrection,
To Celebrate Beautifully.

How fitting for this sweet Regal Lily,
A breath of Purity and Grace,
A symbol of Easter's Joy, Hope and Life,
Triumphant Jesus Lives, Embrace.
