Precious Lord I reach out to You,
Trusting for I know You are there,
Take my hand Jesus and guide me,
Down the path to Your loving care.
I am like a little child needing,
The wisdom absent from within,
You loved me Lord and filled me,
Wiping away and forgiving my sins.
I rely upon the knowledge that You are,
My lifeline for a home in the heavens above,
Where You lead I will gladly follow for,
I will find eternal peace and Divine Love.
You are the sun in my mornings,
The light in the dark of night,
I feel Your Presence around me,
Clothed in comfort e’er so tight.
Take my hand Lord and lead me,
Lift me when I stumble and fall,
I will forever look to the Father,
You answer each time that I call.
I love You dearly Blessed Jesus,
No one other than You cares so much,
Nothing is greater than the Hand,
That holds with the gentlest touch.
