Sitting on a craggy shoreline I look out to sea
As waves come gently stroking the shore
And salty mist falls gently on my face
I feel at peace in this beautiful place.
As I look out and see the water meet the horizon
Blue on blue as far as the eyes can see
And fluffy white clouds drift overhead
I realize there is no limit to what I can be.
Like the ebb and flow of the tide
My heavenly Father is always near
Coming to my side when I have need
Then moving away for me to do my part
As His direction I heed.
As deep as the ocean floor
And as high as the heavens above
I sense God's unlimited love
Which goes on forever more.
