Without a car
We wouldn't get far.
Because of its ills
We have lots of bills.

Maybe the brakes,
Big money THAT takes!
What? The transmission?
More bucks we are dishin'!

Have a fender bender.
Might need to send 'er
To the body shop.
More money to drop.

Then there's new tires.
Riding on wires.
They don't come cheap.
Sit down and weep!

Yet what fun
When you have to run!
Trips are a blast..
If you can afford the gas!

Without the car
We wouldn't go far.
Still we might get a bike,
Or a big person's trike!
