Behold the little song birds
Flying through the moving clouds.
As we watch and see their joy,
We need not worry or fret or cry.

Our Heavenly Father loves us too
Let's not worry, be happy and carefree.
If His eye is on the song birds,
We can trust Him to meet our every need.

The little song birds are so happy
They snuggle to their nests each day.
May we snuggle close to our Lord Jesus,
Each and every passing day.

How He cares for the fowls of the air
When the days are dark and cold.
I thank You Lord for reaching down in love,
And holding me close to Your Throne Above.

God speaks to us through the song bird,
We can be assured of His Love,
Just as He cares for the fowls and the lilies,
His eye is watching us from Above.

May we be like the song birds
Reaching higher and higher day by day.
As we listen to their singing,
Let us give thanks each new day.

Each time you see a song bird
Think of God's love for you,
He sees each one great and small,
He sees you and me each time we fall.
