A floral
offering I make
White for the purity of my Lord
Surrounding one red rose
Signifying the last drop of blood
Christ shed to pay for my sin
Before He died on the Cross
And was laid in a borrowed grave.
Praise God, from the grave He arose
And ascended to heaven
To prepare a home for me
Where I will spend eternity
Praising Him forever more.
May the hands that arrange the flowers
Consider the task at hand
To make a bouquet beautiful and grand
Befitting and glorifying God
As in His House of Worship we display
These flowers on the Lord's Day.
I offer these flowers for the Altar
Of the House of God
In praise and worship to the King
Who is Master of everything
In remembrance of love shown to me
By grace full and free
And bow in obedience to His Call
To believe in Him and give Him my all.
