While many in our Land right now, cry out for Leadership
They fail to grasp what’s really wrong, on this our Earthly trip
They talk about financial woes and seek to place the blame
Some take advice from Hollywood because of name or fame


But answers for this Land of ours are well within our reach
There’re found in Faith and Hope and Love and what the Scriptures teach
When asked to act upon our views, and what we value most
Do we stand strong, however long, or compromise and coast?


I guess the way we often live, leaves God out in the cold
The only time we call for Him is when the markets fold
When terror strikes, or money fails or jobs go down the drain
We call on God to make things right and show His hand again


But we forget so very soon The One who wears The Crown
And we fall back into the rut and principles go down
For many years our land has known great blessings and success
But all because of pride and greed we’ve landed in a mess


It’s time to get things right with God and with our fellow man
To have God fix what’s failed and flawed and follow His great plan
To bow before the King of Kings and humbly seek His face
And ask Him now to heal our Land and take His rightful place


And if we give ourselves to God and follow in His ways
The miracles can then take place and He receives the praise
So walk by Faith and not by sight and stand for what is true
It All Comes Down To Who God Is And Who He Is To You !!!
