You may be going through heartaches,
And you cannot understand why,
That you have to be in agony alone,
While others seem so high.

You search for answers and the cause,
But nothing comes your way,
And you feel like you are worthless,
Nothing changes day by day.

When Jesus died on Calvary alone,
He did this all for you,
And He promised you deliverance,
From the storms and heartaches too.

But you have to believe and trust Him,
Your faith must remain strong,
Until He sends you the answers,
To why things must go wrong.

God promised He would never leave you,
He will be right there to the end,
And if you give your burdens to Him,
He will be there to be your Friend.
