So
fragile and frail,
Life is but a tale,
That's told.
As up life's hill we climb,
We can't buy a moment's time,
With silver or with gold!
The rich and the poor,
Enter the same door,
And they leave with empty hands.
The rules of life's game,
For both of them are the same,
No matter how lofty their plans!
In but a short life span,
This creature called man,
Will make preparation to go,
Either to that beautiful land,
At God's right hand,
Or the terrible regions below.
If you make the right choice,
There will be a cause to rejoice,
As you enter into the Joys of the Lord!
But, Oh what a mistake,
If the wrong choice you make,
For hell will be your eternal reward.
