Father, why are You leading me,
From where I meant to go?
I know You have a reason,
But This I do not know.

You have a message I must deliver,
To all with open ears.
I must tell them of Your love,
Who would desire to hear.

How shall they hear,
If we do not tell?
Like Jesus told the woman,
That came for water at the well.

Sometimes we find it difficult,
To witness to our own,
Or a person we don’t know,
Sitting all alone.

They must be told the dangers,
Of the years they waste away.
How life is swift and so uncertain,
To plan for that last day.

You’ll spend eternity,
In one place or another.
And there you’ll be forever,
For this life will all be over.

Which will be your choice,
As time is flying by.
For God's word teaches,
All shall surely die.
