Enjoying the air and the clear blue skies,
Winging birds and colorful butterflies.
My heart in gladness sings,
"Praise the Lord! It's Spring!"

Laughing with the bubbling brook.
There's radiance everywhere I look.
The hawk effortlessly sails on high
Showing winter has said good-bye!

Daylight sooner, with shorter nights,
Want to be outside to see the sights.
Of daffodils, lilacs and sweet apple trees,
Scents floating with the gentle breeze.

Spring is back with all its glory.
A new season is telling its story.
How happy I am, again I sing,
"Praise the Lord! It's Spring!"
