“Lord” You raised me up when I was down,
You turned my life around.
When trouble came You healed my broken heart,
And set my feet on higher ground.
So I can stand on mountains.
You raise me up to more than I can be.

“Lord” You saved me when a sinner,
By Your Grace and Love I was set free,
I’m no longer lost and alone,
Because now You will stand with me,
“Lord” You made me what I am today,
And for that I will always be thankful.

When I stumble and fall “Lord” You will,
Raise me up to stand on mountain.
“Lord” when I am tempted,
You give me strength to do Your will,
So one sweet day I will see You face to face.
I will never be lost or alone again.

“Lord” when my work on Earth is over,
And You come to carry me home,
What a glorious day that will be,
When I hear my “Lord” say,
Well done my child “Welcome” to,
Your Heavenly Home.
