On the other side of Heaven’s Shore
A mansion waits for me,
A place of no more heartache
For all eternity.

On this side, it’s full of heartache,
Wherever you look around,
People are hurting everywhere,
And no peace can be found.

But there’s a sweet day coming soon,
That will wipe the tears from your eyes,
Make sure your heart is ready,
And keep looking to the Eastern sky.

For there you will see the coming King,
As He comes to takes us home,
To that Glorious Mansion there,
And we will sing around God’s throne

No more tears will dim your eyes again,
Or ever flow down your face,
Only love and compassion is there,
And God’s sweet Amazing Grace.

Up there we will live forevermore,
With no more broken hearts,
Up there we will meet our loved ones,
Never again to depart.

Yes, on the other side of Heaven friend,
A Mansion waits there for you.
With Jesus Christ the King of Kings,
He is there waiting too.
