"Happy Mother's Day" Mother with
love,
How I've longed for you these years,
Praying through them wishing you were here,
Writing poems to you through tears.
How I would love to hold you once more,
Loving you on your sweet day,
Always I'll miss you wanting to give,
You my love and a bouquet.
I miss the precious look in your eyes,
So loving and kind and sweet,
There isn't another who could fill,
My heart your touch would complete.
I know you're even more beautiful,
Remembering your sweet way,
Oh I'd love to hug you tightly and,
Just kiss you this Mother's Day.
How wonderful that would be if true,
Oh you were the heart of us,
Holding all of us together with,
Your love and prayers to Jesus.
I still see your sweet smile reaching out,
With such a warmth of you near,
Feeling your love and closeness breezing,
By so like you're really here.
Through these years there's still the delicate,
Scent of you lingering close,
And it's sweeter than all the flowers,
Oh love's fragrance of the rose.
My Precious Mother how I wish you,
Once more "Happy Mother's Day,"
Now Raymond and Sissy are with you,
We love you in every way.
