My salvation comes from Him.
Peace rules within my heart
As love and joy descend.
He stills my jumbled, racing thoughts,
Brings victory to each day.
Leading me in the road that's right,
Showing me the perfect way.
He gives me laughter after tears.
After rain the sunlight brightens.
I have sweet rest at end of day.
No shadow dreams to frighten.
Sweet bliss to serve my God and King.
The journey is not too long.
No wonder I can shout and sing.
No wonder my heart bursts with song!
