Floods of joy cover my soul,
To know that God is in control,
And to know He loves me so,
And will never ever let me go.

I claim victory and power tonight,
To know that Jesus made me right,
And forgave my guilt and all my sin,
I am so glad I let Him in.

I could never make it on my own,
I would be scared and all alone,
But thanks to Jesus, He bought me in,
Now I have joy and a peace within.

I have a home reserved up above,
Full of joy and all God’s love,
And never again will I let Him go,
For He’s my Lord and I love Him so.
