The things you did for me,
The times you made me happy,

The times I felt like giving up,
You were there but you didn’t know,
Because I have never told you,
That I needed your hand to hold.

But somehow deep inside your heart,
You knew my hurting heart,
Because of the special bond we share,
You have known it from the start.

You know when my tears are heavy,
You know my good days and my bad,
But yet have never judged me,
You stayed patient instead of mad.

You prayed for me when I lost hope,
You stayed there by my side,
You could have walked away from me,
But you chose to be my guide.

That’s why I can call you my angel
For I feel that you truly care,
You listen to my heartaches
And you help me in my fear.
