Into every life rain will fall
And rocky times come to call
Full of worry and distress
Threatening to overwhelm.

When rocky times come
Don't be dismayed
For there is always hope
And strength to cope
If in the Lord you are stayed.

Rocky times come and go
And often filled with rain.
Remember, look for the silver lining
Knowing the sun will soon be shining
And you will be happy again

Rocky times will pass
Even though they hang around for a while.
Look forward to a better day
Which will surely come your way
Bringing a smile
Because rocky times don't last.
