There are no guarantees in life
So do not delay
With words of love you wish to say.
Speak them while you can
Before loved ones slip away.
Understand there is no guarantee
Sunshine will always come your way
As there will be storms clouding your day
And unbelievable challenges you see.
Never say words that are unkind
For you may never find
A chance to apologize and ask forgiveness.
So give of your best
Always seeking others to bless.
When opportunity comes along
You must open the door to choose
Before the opportunity you lose
For you have no guarantee it will come again
When gone.
Within our heart we have dreams
And wishes of good things to see.
Keep on believing and dreaming is best to do
Even if no guarantee the dreams will come true.
Thinking those you love will forsake
A pity party just won't do.
So, look around for new friends to make
And a new outlook will be found
Making you a joy to be around.
When your heart is made tender to God's spirit
Fall on bended knee accepting the call
Lest the call pass you by
If the call you deny
Sealing your fate for eternity when you die.
