She was well known around town
She had many tattoos on her body
Women stared and how they gossiped
Most men thought she was shoddy
She lived in a trailer park
On the edge of their city
She didn't seem to make any friends
Most people thought of her with pity
They had nothing kind to say
Remarks could be heard all day
She tried to make friends
But most people just turned away
She rode her motorcycle with sidecar
Almost everywhere she went
Her dog named *Max* rode with her
He also was under judgment
Life had been so unkind to her
There was no visible smile on her face
Except for when she held Max
She got no kindness from the human race
Little Timmy, from town, gets cancer
They need a bone marrow donor
Not one match can be found
So maybe we'll ask the loner
The parents are horrified
*Her* bone marrow in our child!
The doctor does the necessary test
Now the parents are really riled
Motorcycle Mama has a smile
The parents look at her with disgust
They aren't so sure the doctor is
Someone they can now trust
The woman is dirty and wears rags
We don't know anything about her
The parents are very upset and
With their lawyer, they will confer
They have no choice, if they want
Their child to survive this sickness
The child wants to meet his donor
But the parents want it to be just business
M. Mama is approved, a perfect match
The boy is elated and so is Motorcycle Mama
Her life will have been worthwhile now
The parents are still creating a drama
The surgery is a long one
Many prayers have been said
The little boy will certainly live
But Mama, she is now dead
Mama had no family of her own
All she ever wanted was acceptance
But that was not to be for her
She was treated like an annoyance
The boy is well now and at home
He has a conversation with his parents
"The lady who gave her bone marrow to me,
I met her and she is as sweet as can be
She gave me a ride in her motorcycle sidecar
She had long shiny hair and a pretty white gown
I just know she's an angel, Mom"
Now the parents begin to frown
"I saw God too and he hugged me
He said we should love all people,
We are made in His image
And He wants us to be treated equal"
Tears started flowing from the parents eyes
Now they were feeling so ashamed
They had a chance to meet a real angel
They never even asked her, her name
