"I am come a Light into the world,
That whosoever believes,
On Me should not abide in darkness,"
His Light shines as all receives.

Yes Jesus is the Light of my life,
Illuminating ablaze,
A bright flame in my heart kindling Love,
And His Love I'll always Praise.

He is a Light come into the world,
That whosoever asks Him in,
With all their heart as Christ their Lord,
Is saved and freed from all sin.

Oh He's my only way guiding me,
From darkness that causes fright,
In times when I'm terribly afraid,
Leading me into His Light.

Like a sweetness nourishing my heart,
I am flooded with wonder,
As Jesus takes my hand in comfort,
And all fear's washed asunder.

Always He's in my garden of prayer,
Where I will ever seek rest,
While He gives me a light heart of peace,
Freeing from all things so stressed.

Yes He enlightens and guides my soul,
His Divine Presence within,
Nudges me to pray for loved ones and,
Others suffering in pain.

He hears my every prayer taking pain,
That tears emotionally,
As well as all sufferings that scream,
From injuries physically.

As I pray for loved ones I know too,
He delivers His healing,
Flood of living waters' gentle warmth,
To flow forth revealing.

How wondrous our Lord's Light has healing,
Miracles that well and flow,
Raising us up by His Loving Touch,
Illuminating aglow.

His beautiful Face I feel very close,
So gentle is His Presence,
Surrounding me in His warmth of Love,
Soothing me is His Essence.
