The trees are getting thirsty,
It’s the hottest time of the year.
Leaves begin to fall early,
Warning us Fall is near.
The squirrels are storing,
In their Winter homes for sure,
The acorns, nuts and corn,
For food throughout the year.
Maybe you have noticed,
More spiders day by day,
Searching a place from Winter’s cold,
It’s just their normal way.
God made each of us,
Whether insect, man or beast,
With wisdom to protect ourselves,
From the worst down to the least.
The coats of our furry friends,
Will thicken to protect them from the cold,
From the Winter’s piercing breeze,
And the deep cold Winter snow.
All these things God had planned,
To fill each creature’s needs.
Just as He planned for man,
And all the needs we meet.
