In the
midst of the struggle, the sickness or pain
Is the Savior who’s close by my side
He’s brings joy to my life in the stress or the
strain
In His purpose I safely abide
He takes what the world calls tragic or sad
And turns it around for my good
In every experience or journey I’ve had
He’s done more, than I ever could
When my faith took a hit and I worried a bit
He was there with a verse in my mind
He gave me a choice, to stay down or rejoice
So I chose to leave worries behind
The tempter who tries to take joy from my heart
Hits a wall when I focus on God
He responds and just quenches each fiery dart
As I stand there, bedazzled and awed
My God’s in control and He lives in my soul
And His words will endure till the end
So there’s faith and not fear as He speaks in my
ear
I’ll stick closer than family or friend
So onward and upward, I press for the mark
As the things of this world lose their pull
I will dwell in The Ark, when it’s rainy or dark
Living Life In My Lord To The Full !!!
