I wander the pathway of life,
Seeking those lost without a home,
My staff a rod of shining light,
Endlessly I wander alone.

The pathway's always well trodden,
Many have passed this way 'fore me,
Sprinkles of God's love are falling,
He gives love’s light for all to see.

Hearts broken; lacking without love,
Hope masked by immense need,
Is there not just one to help you,
Must your heart continually bleed?

I am merely a messenger,
Sent to lead you upon this path,
Seek the one that has created you,
In His arms, love forever last.

Follow the light placed before you,
There's love in each glowing ember,
God is the King, The great I Am,
He is our precious Father.

Travel on but follow the light,
Let hope replace despair,
Along this well worn pathway,
You'll find Jesus' care.

He was with you all the while,
Yet your eyes could not see,
Remember Jesus loves you,
Where you are He will be.
