This is how it all began,
A love story old yet ever new,
With this ring, I thee wed my love,
As each of us said I do,
For the years our love has grown,
But it seems like only yesterday,
How the time had flown.

As dew and sunshine in the spring,
Adds new beauty to the earth,
We have seen love’s full fruition,
Through the miracle of each new day,
By sharing, toiling, weeping and praying,
To keep our love a glow.

These three precious years,
Walking life’s pathway hand in hand,
Sometime we disagree,
Yet somehow we understand,
Sharing our lives together,
Sometimes laughing, sometimes crying.

Around the table everyday,
Bending our heads in prayer,
We thank You God,
For the love You gave us
Thank You for his tender loving care
And of all the kinds words that he has spoken
Thank You for three beautiful years together
And I hope we have many more.
