We’re in for a joyful Christmas,
With the Spirit of Christmas in the air,
Trees and houses are decorated,
And gifts being bought with care.

Cards are being sent,
To spread the Christmas cheer.
With Christ brought to mind,
And every carol that we hear.

Children still love old Santa,
And guess they always will.
But we must teach the truth of Christmas,
Jesus born of a virgin in Bethlehem.

People were the same back then,
As they went about their way,
Walking down the streets of Bethlehem,
Not knowing Christ would be born that day.

Some day he will appear again,
With trumpets loud and clear.
And when He comes, some will be taken,
Others will be left here.

Christmas is Jesus,
The reason we celebrate.
Don’t wait for Santa to bring you salvation,
Or your gift will come too late.
