It's Christmas time
and time to celebrate,
The birth of Jesus Christ.
Born of a virgin in a lowly stable,
Born on Christmas night.
He was born into this world,
To bring salvation to us all.
Just trust and believe and call upon His name,
And He will answer your call.
For you that don't believe,
Or see Him as your King,
I pray this Christmas season,
Will show the way to Him.
The shepherds watching their flocks by night,
They believed what the angel said of Him,
And the wise men followed the star,
To the stable in Bethlehem.
They found this tiny Babe,
All wrapped in swaddling clothes,
Lying in the manger among the animals,
Just as the angels told.
He left His riches in glory.
He came to earth you see,
To suffer a death of anguish,
From sin to set us free.
So on this Christmas day we celebrate,
The birthday of a King.
So lift your voices and celebrate,
And let His praises ring.
