"Surely the Lord is in this place;
and I knew it not."  Genesis 28:16

Looking out to sea with troubled heart
I see calm ripples move into shore
And peace washes over my heart
Reminding me, "All is well."

Just as the sea is contained within the shoreline,
God places boundaries around my soul
That guard evil from entering in.
So, I can rest assured God is keeping me whole.

The rhythm of the waves
Return again and again'
Just as the certainty of the love God gave
Washes over my troubled heart letting me know He saves.

Be still my heart and be calm
When doubts assail.
Rest in the assurance
That God is ever near
And, "All is well."
