With You~
In the coolness of
the morning breeze.
I watch as autumn leaves begin to fall,
The sunrise shining on yellow trees,
In all their splendor of red and gold.
The brilliance of such lovely days,
The sunset glowing like a flame,
God sends to break the cloudy haze.
As bright and brilliant as it came.
The fall rains and cooler days will take the place
Of long hot and summer days,
Holidays approaching, excitement everywhere,
And colored leaves will take it's place,
Each room is filled with laughter,
Not a gloomy face is seen,
The smiles and joy of sparkling eyes,
Are like a brilliant beam.
Let our holidays be joyful,
As it was meant to be,
For yet another year,
Before some loved ones again we'll see.
