A Time
Of Thanksgiving
This is the special time of year,
We pause for thanks to give,
For the many blessings received,
The gift of life we live.
I am so very blessed,
With the rising of each sun,
God's blessing of showers,
Unceasing when day is done.
I thank my dear Savior above,
For each author sent our way,
Generous words weekly given,
Hearts and thoughts put on display.
Music made by artistic hands,
Shared with use each week,
Hearts of kindness e'er shown,
When loving tunes we seek.
Beauty created by artists,
Given in loving splendor,
Make pages pleasing to see,
To authors' words surrender.
Creative talent across the internet,
Sites maintained with pleasure and great pride,
Set forth breathtakingly beautiful pages,
Who share eloquently their artistic tide.
Members devoted to their quest,
Verse in poetic presentation,
Fill searching hearts and lift spirits,
Create in each deep reflections.
Visitors come by great numbers,
Peruse through beautiful selections,
The power of the pen doth hold,
The attribute to create emotions.
For each one that enters in,
The gateway of our expressive style,
We give thanks and welcome you,
To the pages that are sure to beguile.
