What A Wonderful Friend

What a wonderful friend is Jesus
Looking down from His throne on high,
Sending His Love and Blessings,
Until we reign with Him in the by and by!

When my work down here is ended,
And time will be no more,
I want to snuggle close to Jesus,
And live with Him for ever more!

He'll wrap His arms around me,
And say, I love you my precious child,
I saw your hurts and tears,
But I was with you all the while!

We can view the lights from Heaven,
Angels, singing around God's throne,
Oh....Eternity will be just glorious,
As Jesus welcomes...His children home!

1 John 4:9-10
In this was the love of God manifested toward us,
because that God sent his only begotten Son

Here in is love, not that we loved God , but that
he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation
