The Miracle Of Love

Love is warm like the sun,
In an afternoon summer's sky.
It's a physically drawn attraction,
That you simply can't deny.

It can leave you breathless,
With caresses so loving and tender.
It will steal your heart away,
Which will gladly give in and surrender.

Love is ready to give your all,
And to go that extra mile.
And it is contentment,
Like the reflection of a baby's smile.

Happiness comes along with it,
And joy will fill your heart.
And leave you craving for togetherness,
Never wanting to be apart.

Whispered words of devotion,
Fluent like crystal waters flow.
And pure like a blanket,
Of freshly fallen snow.

It is like the Heavenly sound,
As Angels divinely sing.
And the sweetness of a first kiss,
And flutters like butterfly wings.

Love is comfort in knowing,
That you will never be alone.
And it can also be so frightening,
As you step out into the unknown.

It is as soft as a delicate rose,
That is tended with great care.
And full of magical moments,
That nothing can compare.

The stars will shine brighter,
Within a night sky high above.
