Do you see
the Lord’s smile each morning,
As He invites then magnifies,
His sunrise like a new miracle,
Making His Face shine in the skies?
The Lord’s smile has rested on me days,
As He breathes His sweetest repose,
And how I’ve sensed such Divine Brilliance,
When evening’s sunset so arose.
Do you see how He’s being gracious,
Casting such a heavenly awe,
Toward all His beauteous wonders,
Is it His Countenance you saw?
See the fervor ablaze in the sky,
Encompassing heaven in red,
Deep blushes initiating sound,
Springing up thoughts as the Lord said.
Do you see the Lord’s smile gathering,
Lifting up to you in pleasure,
A sunrise, a sunset just to shine,
Is beauty the Lord or treasure?
The Lord’s smile to me’s magnificence,
His deep love’s hovering o’er me,
Passion's warmest glows of precious peace,
For always His Glory’s to be.
