Dear Lord our Heavenly Father
I come before You tonight,
With a heavy burden on my heart
That seems to have no light.

First I want to thank You Lord
For the day You saved my soul,
And granted me salvation.
Down here on earth below

I thank You for this internet Lord
Some say it’s so bad.
But if I never had my friends on here
My burdens would be so sad.

You know I suffer daily dear Lord
With this disease that’s haunting me.
If it be Thy will dear Father
Please set this heartache free.

I don’t want earthly pleasures Lord
Or riches of any kind.
But I pray for understanding Lord
To enter this heart of mine.

To understand this pain I carry
And why it has to be.
I am reaching out for answers Lord
Why this heartache tortures me.

But if it be Thy will dear Lord
I will try to understand,
Just protect this soul of mine
If it fits into Your plan.

And Lord I give You all the glory
And I pray in Your precious Name.
That You will grant me understanding
In Your precious Name amen.
