Here we will have lots of fun in the cooking and
then the eating and that I enjoy the best.
Easy Rolls
1 1/2 c. water
2 pkg. yeast
3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
In large mixer bowl add dry ingredients.
Heat water until warm and add shortening.
Add to flour, mix, and add egg, mixing 3 minutes.
Add the rest of the flour, mixing well.
Dough will be very soft and sticky.
Spoon into well greased muffin pans.
Spray a piece of plastic wrap with Pam and cover the rolls. Let rolls
raise 1 hour and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
Remove from pan immediately.
