Here we will have lots of fun in the cooking and
then the eating and that I enjoy the best.



BARBECUE SAUCE


1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
Sauté until golden brown.
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 lbs. ground beef

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook slowly for 2 hours or maybe even 2 hrs and 30 minutes.
(Is better reheated)
