Love
Resting upon the
white sands,
Head placed upon your shoulder,
Warm in the security of your love,
Though the damp air grows colder.
Shared moments we treasure,
Forever held dear in the heart,
Cherished memories so blessed,
Always of the mind a loving part.
Hands clasped, hearts gently throb,
Love's emotions grow more intense,
The future is sealed with a sweet kiss,
In our hearts, love knows no pretense.
Thanking God for the pleasure,
Of a life filled with devoted love,
Hearts bound by heaven's blessings,
Carried by angels from above.
