To look at the soaring sea gulls,
Gliding through the heaven’s essence,
How I sense God’s glorious skies,
There is great peace in His presence.

How I feel an awe come o’er me,
Beautiful birds soaring on wings,
Experiencing God’s Glory,
The gentle peace His Presence brings.

He thus lifts up His Countenance,
And gives life He created peace,
The beauty of His love completes,
My heart when I to Him release.

If I take the wings of morning,
And take flight to most anywhere,
Heaven’s glow gently breezes through,
And peace in His presence is there.

His love surrounds me and my soul,
Knows only too well He’s my peace,
Where under the sun could I go,
He calms my heart to make storms cease.

Tears lift because He’s glorious,
He’s all the beauty I can see,
Always there’s peace in His presence,
His love’s everlasting for me.

Let your heart fly on wings to Him,
Gliding through the heaven’s essence,
Sense the Glory of God on High,
There is sweet peace in His presence.
