My Far Away Valentine

You’ll be missed this Valentines Day
Since you’ve made your journey home
I’ll reminisce, in my nostalgic way
Of times that weren’t spent alone

I’ll leaf through the cards I’ve saved
Savoring , and re-reading every line
I’ll pull out the pretty candy boxes
That showed, I was your "Valentine"

Happy years we’re shared together
Sweet, like candy in that "Big Heart"
Vowing our love to be true forever
And remained, until we had to part

I believe, you’ll be looking down
Blowing kisses, this Valentines Day
A smile then, will change my frown
As I feel your love, pass this way!
