Far away on a
hill way up high,
Jesus was crucified and shun,
One by one a crowd willingly chose,
The Lamb of God, Begotten Son.
The kindest man to ever live slain,
The One sent to save us Jesus,
Bearing every filthy sin of man,
Forgiving the world each of us.
And when He died the skies so darkened,
For hours the earth trembled and shook,
Storms thundered and lightning struck way down,
And graves opened so ones could look.
Blessed Redeemer our Savior so loves,
Give Him your love, your heart, your life,
The Blood of Jesus saves and we live,
Because He ‘’rose’‘ the veil rent strife.
Far away on a hill way up high,
Jesus trounced the evils thereof,
Cutting asunder death of old man,
Resurrection life lives Above.
