The peaceful whispers of autumn,
Speak softly to us tinted prime,
Beautiful leaves ablaze to flare,
God’s sweet beauty most any time.

Whisperings of day and night sing,
Vivid reds with orange and yellow,
Bronzes beam ever so brightly,
Rustling breezes ebb to mellow.

The blushing whispers of autumn,
Sweet stirrings so gentle it seems,
Gliding upon us wide awake,
Yet dreamy and soft as moon beams.

Finely touched and freshly kissed through,
So brilliantly rouged by God’s Hand,
Beautiful autumn leaves will flow,
As His wonders will always stand.

The peaceful whispers of autumn,
Colors painted by God bring sighs,
And with love birth sense of purpose,
Showing God's way of life that thrives.

He’s made everything in its time,
Very beautiful fulfilling,
Sweet gifts of splendor we enjoy,
Whispers of autumn are thrilling.
