Do you hear what I hear it’s
Christmas,
A blanket of snow’s whiteness gleams,
In song to shine pureness of Jesus,
His Love's all cherished Christmas dreams.
The miracle of Christmas is here,
Forever to sing in our hearts,
His Love’s Christmas and He’s ever near,
Jesus' Divine Birth so imparts.
Do you hear what I hear it’s Christmas,
Lovely winter’s wonderland glows,
In song resounding around Jesus,
The Babe born Love ever bestows.
The country hills and trees glisten bright,
Drawing those near to Love Him dear,
To remember the Christmas Star Light,
Angels singing Jesus is here.
Do you hear what I hear it’s Christmas,
The beauty of His Love does ring,
As the bells toll and chime ‘tis Jesus,
And all the Earth heralds to sing.
O His Love's all cherished Christmas dreams,
The Christ Child loves us one and all,
Divine Babe from Heaven’s Living Streams,
O love and hear His every Call.
