Dear Father, Creator, Provider and Friend You’ve shown us Your plan from beginning to end Your name is so awesome, more precious than gold Your Kingdom is coming, the prophets foretold The harvest is ripe and the workers are few Dear Father I’m ready to serve only You I give You my life, my heart and my soul Through You I’ll accomplish my part and my role I pray for my family and friends near and far I ask You to bless them wherever they are I pray that their needs will be met by Your hand As they walk in Your will and the way You have planned I pray for the folks who are hurting today For those who are grieving for those gone away For whatever the problem is causing the care Your presence brings comfort and hope everywhere And God I just thank You for being my Friend My Master and Savior on whom I depend You fill life with meaning, Your joy is divine For we are the branches and You are The vine I pray for world leaders and those now in charge With warfare and terror, the problems are large I pray that their hearts will be captured by You As they sort out the issues of what they should do For You are The Answer and You are supreme Through You there is hope in the lives You redeem So today may Your presence and power abound As we trust You by Faith with our feet on the ground !!! © Jim Lake Website Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come.
